Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy A £30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance for the treatment must be paid at the clinic on the day of your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a full deposit refund or the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date or time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or missed appointments may result in the loss of the deposit.
