To ensure we can accommodate all our clients with ease, a non-refundable booking fee may be required upon booking to secure your desired appointment date and time.

Please note that all booking fees and deposits are non-refundable; however, they will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice without losing your deposit or treatment session.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment to allow time for any consultation forms or preparation. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or, in some cases, cancellation of the appointment.

While we always strive to run on time, there may occasionally be delays. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

Missed appointments or no-shows may incur a charge. This policy is in place to respect the time of both our therapists and other clients.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY

Prior to any treatment being carried out, all clients will undergo a consultation to assess whether the treatment is suitable for them. If we do not believe a treatment is in the client’s best interests or is medically suitable, we reserve the right to refuse treatment.

If you are taking medication, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions, you must consult your GP or healthcare professional before undergoing treatment.

Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments at Beauty Brows Aesthetics.
